Upload Stock Summary (CSV)
Tally Stock Summary exported as CSV, one file per company. Committing replaces any existing snapshot for the chosen company + date.
Bring stock data into the MIS
Ledger-level Stock-in-Hand is ₹0 by design (see note below), so item-wise stock comes from Tally Stock Summary exports:
- Gateway of Tally → Stock Summary
- F12 (Configure) → show Quantity, Rate and Value
- Alt+E → Export → format CSV
- One file per company, named/dated as at the export day
- Upload it on the left — re-uploading the same company + date replaces that snapshot

Why ledger-side stock shows ₹0.00
Under Tally's integrated inventory, no accounting voucher entries are posted to the Stock-in-Hand ledgers — on production every stock ledger statement has zero entries — and item-wise inventory is not part of the TBK1800 backup extract. So ledger-level stock closings read ₹0 by design, not by a bug. This module therefore sources stock from Tally Stock Summary CSV snapshots (uploaded above) and complements them with a voucher-derived Purchases-vs-Sales trading layer that works from the existing ~298k voucher entries with no upload at all.
